1. Who we are

marisellelondon.com is operated by MAGTRIX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them before you buy. We may change them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.

You must be at least 18 to place an order.

3. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is not accepted until we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable or we have identified a pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. The price you see is the total for the goods, with delivery added at checkout where applicable. Nothing further is added at checkout, and you will never be asked to pay customs or import charges on delivery.

We take care to price correctly, but if we discover a genuine error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Where a higher price is shown alongside an item, that higher price is our recommended retail price. It is shown for comparison and is not a price we have previously charged.

5. Availability

All items are subject to availability. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out both our 30-day free returns offer and your statutory right to cancel.

9. Your rights as a consumer

Goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Otherwise, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your use of the goods for a business purpose.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either agree a revised timescale with you or cancel and refund you.

12. Our content

The text, photography, design and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email hello@marisellelondon.com and we will do our best to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can get free and impartial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service at citizensadvice.org.uk or on 0808 223 1133.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
