How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days. We prepare your order within 1 to 3 working days, then it is usually 5 to 8 days in transit. You will get a tracking link the moment it is on its way, and occasionally it can take a little longer at busy times.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £45. Either way it is tracked, and you will get the tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I know what size I am?

Every product page has a size guide in UK sizes, showing the body measurements each size is cut to fit. Our size labels carry the UK size too, so "M (UK 10)" means exactly that. Measure yourself once, check the guide, and you will know before you order. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger.

What if it doesn't fit?

Email us within 30 days of it arriving and we will sort it out. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed and with their tags still on, and sale items count too.

Better still, start with the size guide on the product page. It gives the body measurements each size is cut to fit rather than just a letter, so most fit problems never happen in the first place.

Do I have to pay to return something?

No. Returning something costs you nothing, whatever route we agree. Email hello@marisellelondon.com with your order number and we will reply within one working day telling you exactly what to do.

Because our pieces come to you directly from our production partners rather than a UK warehouse, the sensible route depends on the item. Sometimes we give you an address and cover the postage. Sometimes, on lower-value pieces, we simply refund you without asking for the item back. Either way you get your money back and you are never out of pocket for postage.

Why are your prices lower than the high street?

No shops, no concessions, no middlemen. We work directly with the people who make our pieces and sell online only, so you are paying for the garment rather than the rent on a shop window.

Where do you ship from?

Our pieces are made overseas and sent directly to you rather than through a warehouse and a shop. That is how we keep the prices where they are, and you will never be asked to pay customs or import charges on delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check it any time on our Track Order page.

Is it safe to pay here?

Yes. Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout, the same system used by millions of shops worldwide. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch within 24 hours and we will do everything we can. After that your order is usually already being prepared for dispatch, though you can still return it free once it arrives.
